Job Brief:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Stores Executive to manage inventory, warehouse operations, and material control while ensuring efficient stores management and compliance with company procedures. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating material movements, supporting procurement activities, and ensuring safety and environmental requirements are met within store operations.

Job Responsibilities:

Implement the requirements of the Plant Administration Manual.
Handle safety and environmental requirements with respect to Process Owner responsibilities for RM Stores and BSR/DC.
Manage inventory levels and ensure the timely replenishment of stock.
Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials.
Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and stock levels.
Ensure proper storage and organization of materials to prevent loss or damage.
Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to support procurement and material supply requirements.
Prepare reports on inventory status, stock movement, and material usage.
Implement and maintain inventory control systems and store management procedures.
Handle and resolve issues related to stock availability and supply chain disruptions.
Ensure compliance with standard safety practices and procedures related to store operations and equipment.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
Good written and spoken English communication skills.
A Master's Degree in Commerce or an MBA will be an advantage.
2-5 years of experience in materials management, warehouse management, inventory management, material accounting, and stores operations.
Strong coordination and data analysis skills.
General knowledge of standard safety practices and procedures related to stores operations and warehouse equipment.
Passion for excellence with a strong work ethic.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude.
Ability to work independently and perform effectively under pressure.
