Job Brief:
We are looking for an experienced Stores Incharge to manage warehouse and inventory operations at our client’s engineering/steel manufacturing facility in Ras Al Khaimah. The role involves overseeing stock management, maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and leading the store's team to meet operational goals.

Job Responsibilities:
Inventory & Warehouse Management

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receipt, storage, and issuance of materials (steel, consumables, tools, etc.).
• Maintain accurate stock records using ERP or inventory software.
• Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and physical inventory verifications.

KPI Monitoring & Reporting

• Prepare and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turnover, stock ageing, issuance accuracy, stock variance, and delivery lead times.
• Generate and present weekly/monthly reports to management with recommendations for improvements.

Process & Compliance

• Implement and enforce SOPs for store operations, including receiving, issuing, and documentation.
• Ensure materials are stored safely and in compliance with HSE and quality guidelines.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and accounts teams for timely material flow and documentation.

Team Coordination

• Supervise and guide storekeepers and helpers.
• Provide training on process adherence, ERP system use, and safety procedures.

ERP & System Usage

• Ensure real-time and accurate stock transaction recording in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally).
• Manage GRNs, MRNs, and requisitions within the ERP.
