Job Brief:

The Supply Chain Coordinator job in Dubai is responsible for supporting daily supply chain, logistics, and customer service activities to ensure efficient material flow, timely deliveries, and high levels of customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, warehouse teams, and clients to provide accurate delivery updates, maintain ERP records, monitor project requirements, and support logistics operations. This Supply Chain Coordinator job in Dubai requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Comply with company policies and procedures related to logistics and supply chain management.
  • Provide reliable and accurate ETAs and feedback to clients regarding deliveries and project requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and follow up on logistics-related activities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Liaise with the procurement team to ensure priority orders and project requirements are fulfilled on time.
  • Maintain and enhance logistics information within the ERP system, ensuring all updates and modifications are accurately recorded.
  • Provide logistics and supply chain information to internal departments, management, and clients as required.
  • Coordinate proactively with procurement, warehouse, and other departments to ensure efficient material sourcing and service delivery.
  • Support the delivery of responsive logistics services while ensuring project schedules and customer requirements are met.
  • Maintain strong after-sales customer relationships and ensure client priorities are addressed as directed by management.
  • Identify logistics tools, operational needs, and process improvements to enhance warehouse responsiveness and efficiency.
  • Organize and plan warehouse material flow to support project and operational requirements.
  • Monitor and follow up on internal services such as crimping, coating, bending, and deliveries to ensure project timelines are achieved.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within logistics, warehouse, and customer service functions.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or an equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar supply chain, logistics, or material coordination role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • ERP system experience is required; SAP knowledge will be an advantage.
  • Strong coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple departments and stakeholders.
  • Strong customer service orientation and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • UAE Driving License is optional.
