Job Brief:Our client is hiring a
Technical Sales Consultant – Water Pumps to lead the sales and technical consultation process for pump solutions across various sectors including residential, commercial, district cooling, and data centers. The role involves client interaction, site visits, system recommendations, and technical support — with a strong focus on understanding client needs and offering engineered solutions.
Job Responsibilities:- Serve as the technical point of contact for clients requiring water pump systems and related solutions.
- Conduct detailed site visits to assess project requirements, gather specifications, and evaluate installation environments.
- Design and recommend technically viable and commercially competitive pump solutions tailored to specific applications.
- Prepare and deliver detailed technical and commercial proposals, drawings, and presentations.
- Provide guidance on system selection, sizing, and integration based on project demands and compliance standards.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering and procurement teams to ensure accurate quotations and solution feasibility.
- Coordinate project timelines, delivery schedules, and technical documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines, technologies, and relevant industry standards.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and key accounts within assigned markets.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer feedback to inform pricing and positioning strategies.
- Build strong relationships with contractors, consultants, MEP companies, and facility management teams.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and technical forums.
- Provide after-sales support and troubleshooting as required to ensure long-term client satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with clients in Dubai and the Northern Emirates, offering post-sales technical support when required.
- Ensure proper documentation of project records, communications, and sales pipeline updates in CRM or internal systems.
