Job Brief:
Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join their team at a leading promotional products supplier in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. The primary role involves generating leads, managing customer relationships, and driving sales over the phone.

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and convert them into sales.
• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and provide product information.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable promotional products.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on orders.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving sales and meeting customer needs.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a telesales representative.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to persuade and influence others.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Female candidates on a sponsorship visa are required.
