Job Brief:
We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to join our client’s real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telesales, with at least 1–2 years of experience specifically in real estate. This role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, pitching real estate projects, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales team in closing deals while achieving assigned targets.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Identify and connect with potential quality clients through outbound calls.
  • Pitch real estate projects and services effectively to prospects.
  • Qualify leads and hand them over to the sales team for closure.
  • Maintain accurate client information and track interactions using CRM software.
  • Monitor call outcomes and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth deal closure.
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends, projects, and pricing.
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned telesales targets.
Job Requirements:
  • 3–4 years of experience in telesales, with 1–2 years in real estate.
  • Proven ability to find, engage, and convert quality clients.
  • Strong communication, persuasive selling, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management processes.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player.
  • Good command of English and Tagalog.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets consistently.
