Job Brief:
The Warehouse Assistant cum Driver is responsible for efficiently managing warehouse operations, including receiving, organizing, and delivering materials, while ensuring timely, accurate, and safe handling of stock. The role also involves assisting with administrative tasks and supporting procurement and logistics functions.

Job Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations:

• Monitor and manage inventory control.
• Receive and organize incoming products in the warehouse.
• Ensure accurate and on-time delivery of goods to project sites.
• Coordinate with the Procurement Engineer to ensure timely delivery schedules.
• Maintain documentation such as Delivery Notes and Purchase Order copies.
• Collect materials from suppliers and inspect incoming goods for damages or discrepancies.
• Handle loading and unloading of goods, including sorting, replenishment, and packing.
• Submit reports including stock updates, Material Reject Reports, and MOQ tracking.
• Conduct regular or monthly stock updates and presentations.
• Ensure safe storage of goods, avoiding hazardous or flammable materials.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse at all times.

Administrative Support:

• Document deliveries and collections as instructed by the Accountant or HR.
• Handle cheque or cash deposits at banks or with vendors.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
