Job Brief:

Our client is seeking an experienced Warehouse Storekeeper to manage daily warehouse operations at its manufacturing facility in Jubail, Saudi Arabia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching materials, conducting inventory counts, maintaining accurate warehouse records, and ensuring proper material handling and safety standards.

The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of warehouse operations experience, a Diploma in Supply Chain, and practical knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of materials.
Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory reconciliations to maintain stock accuracy.
Ensure proper storage and handling of materials according to warehouse procedures.
Follow warehouse safety standards and maintain an organised working environment.
Update warehouse inventory records and transactions using SAP.
Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and reports using Microsoft Office.

Job Requirements:

Diploma in Supply Chain.
2–3 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations.
Hands-on experience using SAP for warehouse and inventory transactions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of warehouse receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch procedures.
Experience conducting cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
Understanding of proper material storage, handling, and warehouse safety standards.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
