Job Brief:
We are hiring a Web Developer to manage the end-to-end development and maintenance of multiple e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, WordPress, and Amazon-related integrations. This full-stack role ensures all websites run smoothly, remain technically robust, and are integrated with backend systems such as ERP and CRM. The ideal candidate should be technically strong, highly detail-oriented, and capable of independently handling web development operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage full-stack development across 20+ brand and e-commerce websites (Shopify, WordPress).
  • Ensure seamless API integrations with backend systems such as ERP and CRM (SAP or equivalent).
  • Maintain site security, apply bug fixes, and manage ongoing technical upkeep, including speed and performance enhancements.
  • Implement and optimize e-commerce best practices across platforms to ensure smooth checkout and front-end performance.
  • Monitor and ensure all websites are fully functional, with proper loading speeds and no technical errors.
  • Collaborate with in-house designers to implement front-end elements based on visual brand guidelines.
  • Ensure uptime, error-free functionality, and backend stability across all sites.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
  • Proven expertise in Shopify development is mandatory.
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, and coding languages relevant to Shopify and WordPress.
  • Experience with ERP, CRM, analytics, and payment gateway integrations.
  • Strong understanding of web performance metrics, SEO basics, and website speed optimization.
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple platforms independently.
  • Previous e-commerce experience in a retail environment is essential.
  • Must be willing to work full-time from the Ajman office; remote or hybrid work options are not available.
