Job Brief:A leading provider of heating, chilling, and solar energy solutions in the UAE, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Engineer to lead their sales efforts in the construction and building materials sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling products such as chillers, boilers, and solar panels, with a proven track record in the UAE market.
Job Responsibilities:- Achieve and exceed sales targets for products including chillers, boilers, and solar panels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with MEP consultants, contractors, and other key stakeholders to promote products and solutions.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the MEP and HVAC market in the UAE.
- Engage with contractors at the award stage to secure deals with optimal pricing and payment terms.
- Lead proposal development, pricing strategies, and client interface to win new business.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of technical documentation such as manuals and warranty letters.
- Share all project-specific requirements and specifications with the Service Team prior to testing and commissioning (T&C).
- Maintain strong relationships with contractors and key decision-makers in the industry.
- Prepare accurate reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback.
